Introduction

Acabrunat 100mg Capsule contains acalabrutinib, a Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitor that blocks signals needed for the survival and multiplication of certain abnormal B cells.

Uses

  • Used for selected B-cell cancers such as mantle-cell lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, according to the treating oncologist’s assessment.

Storage

  • Store at controlled room temperature, generally 20°C to 25°C.
  • Keep away from heat, moisture and direct light.
  • Do not freeze.

Safety Information

  • Use only under oncology supervision.
  • Inform the doctor about bleeding problems, infections, heart-rhythm disorders, liver disease, planned surgery and all medicines or supplements.
  • Monitoring for infection, bleeding and abnormal blood counts may be required.
